This modular wall cladding is crafted from uniquely shaped tiles with irregular edges. When assembled, they create flowing, curved lines reminiscent of the iconic rooftops of the traditional dammusi houses. The design features an interplay of smooth, concave surfaces and textured furrowed sections, evoking the neatly aligned rows of vineyards found in Pantelleria. Inspired by the ancient Zibibbo grapevines, which are traditionally grown in protective hollows to withstand the island’s strong winds, this cladding pays tribute to the region’s agricultural heritage. Each module is identical, enabling endless combinations that form a seamless, uninterrupted visual flow across surfaces.
