Specchio di Venere Table – A Sculptural Tribute to Pantelleria’s Volcanic Beauty

The Specchio di Venere table draws inspiration from the volcanic lake of the same name on the island of Pantelleria. Its smooth, rounded marble top mirrors the lake’s organic contours and shifting colors, symbolizing the bond between earth and volcanic stone. The tabletop design flows outward from the center, evoking natural transitions in the island’s terrain.

Elegant curved legs echo the motion of sea waves and are paired perfectly with the Sibà stools, which pay homage to Pantelleria’s mountain communities. The table surface is crafted from finely colored marble, precision-cut using CNC technology and then carefully hand-finished to create a seamless, one-of-a-kind piece. The legs consist of four semi-circular white stone segments with gently carved lines, complemented by two central columns made of Pietra Pece.
